Baraga Manor Apartments is a three-story building located in the quiet and friendly town of Otsego just a short distance from Kalamazoo
Our residents enjoy living in a beautiful and natural setting yet are still close to shopping, restaurants, churches and the library. It houses 48 attractive and updated one bedroom apartments plus a spacious community room.
Eligibility Requirements:
- 62 years of age or older or at least 18 years of age and mobility impaired.
- Low income based on U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development limits.
- Satisfactory credit and criminal background report.

Unit Features:
Each unit features a carpeted living/dining room area with vinyl flooring in the kitchen and bathroom. Modern cupboards, full size appliances, individually controlled heat, telephone and cable TV connections are included.
