Our Services

Outpatient Counseling Services

Our outpatient counseling services provide confidential, individualized support for children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. Therapists work with clients to address concerns such as anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, behavioral concerns, stress management, and substance use issues. Sessions are available in person or virtually to meet your needs.

Play Therapy

Play therapy offers children a safe and supportive environment to express thoughts and emotions through play, which is often their natural language of communication. Using developmentally appropriate techniques, therapists help children build coping skills, process difficult experiences, improve emotional regulation, and strengthen relationships with caregivers. Available for children ages 5 through 5th grade. Virtual therapy is not an option specifically for play therapy and children under the age of 10.

In-School Counseling

Bridges partners with local schools to provide counseling services where students spend much of their day. School-based counseling helps reduce barriers to care and supports students experiencing emotional, behavioral, social, or academic challenges. Therapists work collaboratively with families, school staff, and students to promote success both in and out of the classroom.

Comprehensive Behavioral Health Support

Bridges provides counseling services to individuals and families already receiving support through other Catholic Charities programs. By coordinating care across programs, we help clients address emotional and mental health concerns while working toward their broader goals for stability, wellness, and personal growth.
